Bright Global provides customized services to help students around the globe applying for their dream independent schools and colleges in the United States. With our help, our students have successfully been placed into many elite private schools throughout Northeastern part of the country since 2015.

Team BG is a very devoted and professional team, aiming to provide nothing but the best quality of services to our clients. We believe that best results comes from great team-working, the team is BG, the students and their families. We also believe in effective communication which is the key to execution of any task, big or small. As experienced consulting agent, our value also shows where we make complex thing simple and by laying out a clear strategy at the very beginning.
OUR TEAM
Debbie - Managing Partner, Consultant (Overall Counseling, School Selection, EC Planning, Mock Interview)
Debbie is an expert in private school and college application process after serving as an alumni interviewer for Duke University for the past 10 years. Her specialty is to find the strength and uniqueness in all her students and to help them find a school that is the right fit for them. Since launching Bright Global, she has successfully placed students in some of the most rigorous and prestigious schools and colleges in the US.
Prior to her role at Bright Global, Debbie was a marketing executive at leading companies including Amazon.com, Clorox and American Express. Debbie is a dedicated volunteer for her alma mater, Duke University, sitting on both the national board and regional board and devoting her energies as an advocate for Asian/Asian American students at the university level. In addition, she is currently active in a variety of civic activities including DFWPAC, Centennial Elementary School PTA board member, The Birthday Party Project, Operation Kindness, and Feed My Starving Children. She is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghai Chinese. Debbie resides in Plano with her husband and three sons.
Jennifer - Managing Partner, Consultant (Overall Counseling, Standard Test Planning, EC Planning, Summer Activities)
Jennifer has been working closely with Debbie since 2015 helping students getting into their dream schools and colleges. She has an Engineering degree from top college in China, she also got her MBA in the U.S. in 1998. Prior to her role at Bright Global, she worked full time in IBM and Johnson and Johnson for 20+ years, positions from Engineer, IT Consulting to Project Management. Jennifer also co-founded a local learning center in 2016, the learning center provides K-12 tutoring and enrichments to many students nearby, helping them improve or expend what they learn at school.
With great passion and experiences in education and strong background in the technical fields, Jennifer focus more on BG's operations and growths. She also specializes in test prep, summer activities and general EC plannings, she helps evaluate each student at start of the service, make a test prep plan or EC plan that best works with their application process. In her spare time, she enjoys getting involved in various school volunteering activities, including directing a non-profit organization created by a few students in the neighborhood. Jennifer resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
